WHO I AM

Originally from London, I came to live in Carmarthenshire in 2004. Having worked for many years in corporate banking, it was a chance to make a big change in my life and bring up my daughter in beautiful surroundings, and explore a new direction. Having spent some years working with The Red Cross, The Wallich and New Pathways in frontline roles supporting people in crisis, I decided to take the plunge to pursue my passion, taking a Foundation Degree in Counselling with University of Wales Trinity St Davids. I volunteered for a year with Swansea Council, counselling their employees, and now work for Pathway Counselling in Pembrokeshire, Mind in Neath Port Talbot and in private practice. When I am not working, my relaxation is with my rescue horses and dogs!
